Zibbi ("App", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by Aystera Software Solutions LLP ("Aystera", "Company"), a company registered in India with its registered office at Block No A-20, 2, Manokamna Society 1, Ayodhya Twp, Tarsali, Vadodara, Gujarat 390009. Zibbi is developed and made available exclusively for the students, faculty, and staff of Parul University ("University").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the Zibbi mobile application (available on the Play Store and App Store) and related services.

By creating an account or using Zibbi, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information directly from you when you register or use the App:

• Name
• Phone number
• University ID (student/staff identification number, used to verify your affiliation with the University)
• Location data (used to determine nearby foodcourts/vendors and for order pickup/delivery logistics)

We do not collect or store any payment card, UPI, or bank account details. All payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner, in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. Zibbi and Aystera never see or store your raw payment credentials.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Create and manage your Zibbi account
• Verify your affiliation with the University via your University ID
• Process and fulfil food pre-orders at university foodcourts
• Facilitate pickup logistics using your location
• Send order updates, receipts, and service-related notifications
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes
• Maintain the security and integrity of the Platform
• Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests from authorities

3. Payment Information

All payments made on Zibbi are processed through our payment gateway partner. Our payment gateway partner independently collects and secures your payment details as per its own privacy and security policies. Aystera is not responsible for how our payment gateway partner processes your payment data beyond what is required to complete and confirm your transaction with us.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With our payment gateway partner, to process payments
• With University-affiliated foodcourt vendors, to the extent necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., name, order details, pickup information)
• With law enforcement or regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law
• With service providers who support our infrastructure (e.g., hosting, notifications), bound by confidentiality obligations

5. Children's Information

Zibbi is intended for use by Parul University students, staff, and campus guests who are capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18 who are not otherwise affiliated with or authorized to be on the University campus in the relevant capacity.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are either at least 18 years of age or have the express permission of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor who uses the Services, you are fully responsible for their use of the Services, including any legal or financial liability they may incur.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, and thereafter for as long as necessary to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing, where applicable

9. Location Data

We collect location data only when necessary to identify nearby foodcourts and assist with order pickup. You may disable location permissions from your device settings; however, this may limit certain features of the App.

10. Third-Party Services

Zibbi integrates with third-party services (including our payment gateway partner). These third parties have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services outside our control.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of Zibbi after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, and courts at Vadodara, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
